Lauren relaxing with "Old Man".

Tree House Brewing Company brews a vast array of ales.  Our offerings vary based on the season, our moods, and innovations discovered in the midst of day in and day out brewing.  Our artisan brewery knows no bounds and we are driven by an intense curiosity of ingredients and how they blend together to create something special.

We are a draft only brewery and that allows us the freedom constantly rotate our offerings, and introduce new ones.  At our retail shop, we (almost) always pour four beers for growler fills to take home and enjoy.

We ask that you check our ON-TAP page prior to making a trip as we make every effort to keep it as current as possible so that you may know what to expect when you arrive.

"Green", our bold IPA made with Australian & American Hops.

JULIUS  - Bursting with 1.6 oz per gallon of American hops, Julius is loaded with notes of passionfruit, mango, and citrus.  At 6.5% alcohol, it is refreshing and freakishly drinkable.

THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID - Our Milk Stout.  Roasty, Chocolately, Coffee, Smooth.  It is absolutely loaded with flavor for a 5.6% drink, and the residual sugar greases your palate just enough to want to drink this forever.

SAP - Though originally brewed as a "Christmas" beer, this piney IPA, brewed almost exclusively Chinook hops, was so enjoyable we decided to put it into the 'year round' rotation.   With it's golden yellow color, rich aroma, and drying body, it's hard to stop drinking this one.

Tasty picnic.

GREEN - Our cross-continental IPA.  Made with Australian and American hops, this citrus heavy IPA opens up in the glass with notes of pineapple, tangerine, and orange rind.  It’s sharply bitter and nearly 8% ABV. . . The name comes from the initial batch in which, post boil, the wort looked green from so much hop particulate floating around.  Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.

HAZE - We constructed this beer around hops we currently have plenty of access to, allowing us to re-brew it on a (relatively) consistent basis.  We smell a ton of orange on the nose, with complimentary notes of peach and passionfruit. The flavor is similar with a blast of citrus fruit & orange quickly followed by spicy grapefruit, and earthy dankness.  A lingering but pleasant hop oil finish awaits. .

EUREKA! -  A Blonde Ale brewed entirely with Nelson Sauvin hops, a New Zealand varietal that melds beautifully with a simple bill of pale malts.   This is a true "session beer" and one that does not make any compromises.  It has a delicate bouquet of passionfruit and a slight lemon flavor that will surely quench your thirst.  We have also brewed a few different versions to include new hop varieties like Equinox, Galaxy, and Citra!

TORNADO - An extremely liberally hopped APA.  Tornado was crafted during the unfortunate events surrounding the June 1st, 2011 Brimfield Tornado.  We created the beer in honor of the circumstances as we experienced them and luckily escaped the path by 1/2 mile.  Tornado is loaded with notes of pine, tropical fruit, and citrus.  At 5.6% alcohol, it's super refreshing.

We love hops.

GOOD MORNING -  Brewed with Monson’s own Maxwell Road Maple Grade A Dark Amber Maple syrup, Good Morning pours pitch black in the glass with a creamy mousse-like head.  The bubbles give way to aromas of rich milk chocolate, cocoa powder, and dark amber maple syrup. The flavor starts as a blast of milk chocolate, sweet maple syrup, and rich fresh coffee as deeper complexities are uncovered as it warms.  The crew here at Tree House tastes “chocolate covered maple candy”, “vanilla”, “chocolate cake”, “brown sugar”, and “fresh roasted coffee”. A super decadent treat, Good Morning begs to be shared and contemplated!

DOUBLE SHOT - Our rich, decadent coffee stout. This one's soft cocoa flavors open up to reveal a richly complex treat.  We taste flavors of chocolate cake, "coffee candy", milk chocolate, with heaps of vanilla.  A pungent & distinct coffee stout for sure! A rich, sweet, and less roasty base beer contributes the ideal backdrop to this bold and vibrant treat for the coffee and beer lover alike!

AND MANY, MANY MORE!  We are constantly brewing new beers, and your best bet is to stay tuned to our ON-TAP page!

The decision to be a draft only, retail only starting out was not an easy one.  We understand the convenience of finding our product in your local craft beer store, but we feel that convenience comes at a price.  The minute our beer leaves our loving hands it is subjected to forces that seek to destroy it.  Temperature fluctuations, ultraviolet light, mistreatment, etc.  These forces are especially destructive to the pale hoppy beers we love so much.  As we  increase our capacity we anticipate bottling limited releases and less volatile beers.   Until then, the beer we are sending into your C02 purged growler will always be less than three weeks removed from our fermenters.

Our attention to detail with each batch borders on fanatical, as does our care and attention to each ingredient that finds it's way into our mash tun.  Our grain is malted in America and kept in temperature and humidity controlled storage until use.  We also only find, purchase, and utilize hops flavor and aroma hops from the most recent harvest, ensuring fresh, bright hop flavors and aromas.

If you find Tree House on tap and note that a draft line is less than ideal, please contact us immediately.  Clean lines and glassware are of the utmost importance to us.

Our recipes have been tweaked again and again and again and again.  When you find a Tree House product you love, we aim  obsessively to recreate it batch after batch.  If you notice a beer has fluctuated a bit with the sands of time, please send us an e-mail and let us know what you're experiencing.  Your enjoyment is extremely important to us, and we hate inconsistency as much as you do.

Ongoing innovations in brewing science continually allow us to refine our techniques to produce ales that are more fresh, and, with no other way to put it - better with each subsequent batch.  Iteration is the key to refinement and excellence and we strive to make our product 'better' every time.
