I actually managed to secure a growler of "Eureka" yesterday because I was unhappy with the way I filled the growler. . . Man am I glad I did. Extremely pleased with the way this beer turned out. Can't wait to get more Nelson so we can brew it again. And again. And again. And again.
I enjoyed it tonight with a Mexican bean salad. Absolutely delicious.
This past Saturday, 1.12.13, was a good day at Tree House. We had a very eclectic crowd with folks making the trek from Boston, Connecticut, and Southern New Hampshire. As we always say in this space, we cannot wait to have more beer. Absolutely cannot wait. Frankly, we are sick of running out. At any rate, we truly appreciate your patience and support, and we hope the beers pour lovely for you!
About parking.... Ouch. We need more space, and come springtime we will be filling the area to the right of the existing driveway to create 10+ additional spaces. We once again appreciate your patience and four wheel drive. And Kim, we are sorry for your rose bush.
Next Saturday, barring an unforeseen change in plans, will be brew day # 1 on the new brew house. For Damien, Jonathan, Dean, and myself it has been a very long time coming. We hope everyone comes out to see that beast raging and churning out batch # 1 of..... "Dirty Water"! Batch # 2? 150 gallons of "Julius". :)
