On Draft

If you told me six months ago that I’d be having our beer on draft in May I would have told you that you were crazy.  Well, you’re still crazy, but you were right:  On May 1st, 2012, Tree House Brewing Company, LLC. poured it’s first pint at Cedar Street Grille in Sturbridge, Massachusetts.  We replaced Jack D’or.  How surreal and wonderful.

Much thanks to the guys and all of their hard work, as well as our ladies, Bridget, Jenna, Kim, and Lauren.  You girls rock.

So, what now?  Progress.  We are in the midst of procuring a 5BBL Brewhouse complete with 10BBL fermenters and a host of other equipment.  This will allow us to share more of our wares with you all.  It is a very slow process and while we wait we will be brewing ourselves silly on the current set-up.

The response at Cedar Street has been overwhelming and we are doing everything in our power to meet demand.  So far, so good, but elegant hard fought batches are meeting their demise in a literal instant.  Our offerings there (for now) are exclusive and will be highly eclectic and constantly rotating as we try to refine our concepts for a broader audience.

In the meantime, please feel free to give me a call at 413-949-1891 or e-mail us at treehousebrewing@gmail.com to arrange a stop by the brewery.  We are there sporadically but still anxious to show people our project, so don’t be shy!
