Party of Four (Five?) and an Old Man

There was a time, many, many moons ago (three weeks) when Tree House Brewing Company consistently had four beers available for bottle fills.   And then thirstiness happened.   We scrambled to catch up… two beers available, three beers available.  This was terrible because beer is good, but more importantly, we built our tasting flights to hold four samples.

I’m happy to report that our long international nightmare is over, and Tree House will have four beers available this weekend.

And…. free hugs from Dean.  These are, thankfully, extremely optional.

We tell everyone we meet to check the blog Thursday night-ish to get the low-down on what will be available at Tree House on Saturday.  So here we are and here you are and let’s get to it, shall we?

- That’s What She Said - 5.6%, 22.9 IBU’s.  Our Milk Stout is rich with roasty tones and velvety milk chocolate flavor.  Creamy and delicious.

-Cascade - American IPA made entirely with Cascade hops.  Duh.

-Old Man - 5.4% Our Extra Special Bitter.  Minerally and rich, this is the perfect complement to pulled pork or fried chicken.

-Awesome Autumn Ale 8.9% ABV, 38.9 IBU’s - Second to last batch.. until next year.  Cue ominous music.

(On deck when TWSS kicks) -Snowtober - Our Robust Porter, crafted during the fateful events of the October 2011 snowstorm.  Dry, Chocolatey, and full of flavor, this is a great beer for Autumn.

That’s all, folks.
