Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday. We all very much enjoyed your company on a day that provided a bit of respite from this brutal New England Summer.
We went through a lot of beer this weekend with “Old Man” topping the list. It’s literally hard to believe how fast that beer moves. And now, it’s gone. But have no fear! It’s on our brew schedule this coming week and the taps should again be flowing with our favorite Extra Special bitter in 3-4 weeks.
“Green” is fast becoming the choice beer for hop lovers, myself included. A very, very small amount remains.
We sent “Spawn”, a Hoppy Blonde ale, to Cedar Street this week and we still have a fair amount left at the retail shop.
We anticipated the following line-up this Saturday if you plan on making the trek:
- That’s What She Said (Milk Stout)
- Spawn (Hoppy Blonde)
- Citra (!!!!!!!!!!!!)
- Cascade (Summer IPA)
We are praying to the beer Gods that our printed refillable bottles show up for this weekend’s rush, but if they don’t, we’ll have plenty of old school Tree House bottles available.
In other news, our brand new 5bbl brew house (short version - we’ll be able to make 15 times more beer with every batch) from Premier Stainless has been ordered and we expect shipment in the late fall/early winter window. This will mean more beer for everyone, including us (!)
