In a competitive market, it is a welcomed challenge to think outside the box with teammates to keep making strides forward. I can't overstate how many opportunities hard work has provided me during my time with the company.
In the past 8 years I have had the opportunity to grow along with Tree House Brewing Co. Starting as a retail assistant in the taproom and now the Lead Guest Services Coordinator leading our hardworking customer service team, I have received emails from people near and far explaining how Tree House has impacted their lives in ways I would have never imagined. Those messages are always reminders of what a special thing we have here. We are making more than beer at Tree House Brewing Co.; for some, we are making indelible impressions.
I started out packing cases of beer and helping out on the packaging line. Throughout my time here, what has always stood out is the supportive group of people around me. It makes for a great place to work and grow. New ideas and continuous improvement are encouraged, which has given me the opportunity to expand my skills and take on new challenges.
