  • Our Rights

    We reserve the right to deny service to guests who arrive intoxicated or exhibit signs of intoxication whether you are part of a private event or the general public.

The beautifully landscaped and state of the art brewing facility was gorgeous, spacious, and hosted a little over a 100 Team members and was open to the public and there was still plenty of room for more! While the weather was not our friend that day, their spacious outdoor covered pavilion allowed us to still have a fabulous time outdoors. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, all beverages consumed on-site will be tallied for payment at the end of the event. Guests also have the option to purchase beer to go.

  • Our current availability is Monday - Friday from 11 AM - 8 PM, with Sundays available in Charlton & Deerfield only from 12pm-8pm. This is not flexible - we do not have availability on Saturdays. Thank you for understanding.

  • No - events take place during business hours. The reserved space will be for your exclusive use, though guests will be on the property at the same time as your event.

  • We do not have one.

  • The drink maximum is three beverages per guest. Groups that can provide proof of third-party transportation may enjoy four beverages over the course of their visit. Given that groups with transportation often imbibe prior to arriving, we reserve the right to deny service to any guest who we deem un-servable.

  • The occupancy for each private space rental is listed above. If you are interested in booking for a smaller group, a charge of $17.12 per person will be applied until minimum occupancy is met.

    For smaller parties, in lieu of reserving the space you may arrive and simply enjoy the taproom at any time during open hours. We cannot guarantee seating or other special accommodations than those afforded to the general public.

  • You may hire an outside catering service that does not require kitchen facilities on-site. Outside catering is welcome in all locations.


    Tree House Pizza is available for catering in Deerfield and Tewksbury.


    Tree House lobster rolls are available for catering in Sandwich.

  • No - Tree House makes beer, spirits, coffee, and seltzer in-House and thus presents a wide array of offerings. We cannot, by law, allow outside beverages to be served on our property.

  • Sure! We can host your wedding, provided our available dates are amenable to your special day. A note that this space is available Monday - Thursday. We cannot make exceptions to this availability.

  • No - unfortunately we cannot host your group on a Federal Holiday that falls during the booking window Monday - Thursday.

  • Currently, we are taking reservations a maximum of 6 months in advance.
