+ Do you take cash?

Yes. We can help you in house - just ask.

+ Do you require Photo Identification?

Yes, valid and current photo ID is required, no exceptions. International guests - please note that ONLY passports can be accepted.

+ Can I purchase a gift card at the brewery?

Yes, and also here: Gift Cards

+ Why was my order refunded?

Your order may be refunded if you:

-Fail to show up on the day you placed it.

-Order more than the stated limit of anything.

+ I want to buy beer as a gift - how long will it last?

We strongly recommend that you keep all of our beer cold at all times prior to consumption. It is packaged cold on industry-leading equipment, kept cold, and delivered to you cold. If maintained in this manner, our hoppy beer remains vibrant and fresh for 12 weeks or more - our classic styles and non-hoppy beers retain bright, youthful character for six months or more when refrigerated. So, if you intend to purchase beer as a gift (or, for yourself!) keep it cold and you will be in great shape! Like anything perishible, warm temperatures will accelerate these timelines.

+ Do I have to order beer on my phone? Why?

Ordering beer to go in advance is strongly encouraged. The reason we do this is to make the whole experience more efficient for everyone. We also have kiosks available on-site if you prefer to browse and place an order when you arrive.

+ Does my order have a time slot?

In Charlton & Deerfield: No - orders will be filled as you arrive at the brewery on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly encourage you to select an approximate pickup time to assist us with pre-packing your order.

In Sandwich & Tewksbury: YES. You must arrive at your reserved tim slot to receive your order. Each time slot has limited availability each day.

+ When will you have beers X, Y, or Z?

We have built our brewery on flexibility, and thus do not write nor plan the brew schedule much in advance. Beers are added to the website daily as they are packaged, so if you are interested in a particular beer it will be best to check back often!

+ I placed an order today, can I pick it up in a week? My cat is grumpy and I can’t leave the house.

No - orders must be picked up the day that they are placed. Orders that are not picked up the day that they are placed may be refunded and restocked - we are unable to hold order overnight for you under any circumstances.

+ Can I use a gift card?

Yes! Just add it as a payment method at checkout on the Tree House mobile ordering site.

+ Are there limits on how much beer I can purchase?

While there is no limit unless otherwise specifically stated on each item, we do reserve the right to limit excessively large orders.

+ Do you have gluten-free beer?

Not currently.

+ Can I purchase draft tickets and/or reservations for more than one Tree House location on the same day?

The drink limit per person/per day applies across all Tree House locations.

+ When is the best time to visit?

Generally later in the day, or Monday-Wednesday. We have found that most guests try to pick up their order early in the day - if you plan to arrive 60 minutes or less before the end of the pickup window it is generally quiet, even on holidays and busy days.

+ Where is your draft list?

See HERE! Please use this link to consider your pour. In an effort to reduce paper usage over time we will stop printing physical draft lists.

+ May I bring my dog?

Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome at the brewery both inside and outside.

+ May I bring my children?

All ages are welcome at all Tree House locations. We ask that children remain with your party at all times.

+ How does draft work?

It's easy - pre-purchased draft tickets are no longer required. For fastest service we encourage you to walk up to the bar and pay in person via cash or credit card.

Draft pours are only good on the day of purchase and are non-refundable. There is a limit of 3 pours per person per day at all locations.

Draft sizes vary based on ABV, ingredients used, etc. For a draft list, see HERE!

+ How soon do I have to pick up my can order?

All orders must be picked up the same day the order is placed. If you are unable to pick up your order please contact info@treehousebrew.com
Pick up is available Monday - Thursday 11 AM - 8 PM, Friday - Saturday from 11 AM - 9 PM, and Sunday 12 PM - 8 PM.

+ Is there a draft limit? Why? Does liquor count toward it?

The draft limit is three pours per person per day. We instituted this limit mainly as a means for crowd control and to limit lines on very busy days. Cocktails and iced liquor drinks count toward the limit.

+ I placed an order - can someone pick it up for me?

Yes - the individual picking up your order must have your name and order confirmation and abide by the process laid out on this site. The maximum number of orders one person can pick up in one day is four.

+ How long is the wait to pick-up cans?

It fluctuates wildly day to day. Generally, the later you arrive, the shorter your wait. Thursday - Saturday you may encounter a line, but again, it varies by the day and by availability. Non-holiday weeks are generally a breeze.

+ Can I use the bathroom?

Yes, of course!

+ Can I purchase merchandise?

For sure! Come see us and check out our exclusive in-store merchandise, or order from our online store and have it shipped. We also have a limited selection of merch for purchase on our main location ordering pages - it will be ready to go with your beer when you arrive.

+ When is the best time to visit?

Visiting to purchase beer to go is currently by reservation only. It is pretty steady throughout the week, but if you are looking to get your desired order time it's best to order midweek.

+ Can I pick up a friend's order when I come to get mine?

Proxies are OK, but the order must be within the same time slot as your own. We cannot accomodate you picking up someone else's order who has a different time slot. The reason for this is we prepare your order in advance and accomodating changes such as this would risk delays to our guests.

+ Can we buy beer and drink it on the beach?

No, drinking is prohibited on First Beach.

+ I am stuck in traffic, can I pick my order up later?

Like any reservation, we can only serve you during the alloted time selected on your order.

+ Can I add on to my order when I arrive at my pick up time?

Not at this time for to go beer purchases.

+Can I pick up my order 1. on foot 2. on bike 3. via boat/kayak

+ Are you open for pours?

Yes. Please see our Visiting Deerfield page for more info.

+ How do I order pizza?

Guests may order pizza inside the brewery at the pizza kiosk. We'll text you when your order is ready and your pizza will be hot and ready for you.

Pizza is not available for take-out ordering.

+ Can I add to my order after I placed it?

Given our current setup we can't accommodate this request at this time for beer to go. Please check your order carefully before checking out.

+ How is the wait in Deerfield?

There is virtually never a wait for beer to go. In fact, we recommend visiting it purely as a beer to go destination for now given it's efficiency and excellent selection.

There may be a wait for draft pours and pizza.

+ Can I bring my dog?

Since food is served indoors, we cannot allow doggos inside. However, we are happy to host leashed and well-behaved dogs at our outside tables.

Shipping

+ How soon will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days depending on our current volume, and the timing of our next package pickup. This may be extended by a day or 2 during busy holiday seasons. We work very hard to get items shipped as quickly as possible!

+ Will I get tracking information?

Yes! We ship USPS Priority and you will receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships. Please double check your junk folder for this information. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, most orders will arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.

+ How do I change the shipping address on my order?

Please email us as soon as possible at OnlineSales@treehousebrew.com with your correction and we can make the adjustment before your order is shipped.

+ My tracking says my package was delivered, but I did not get it. What do I do?

Any issues regarding transit and delivery, please contact your local Post Office with your tracking information.

+ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We would be happy to exchange or issue a refund for any unwashed and unworn items within 90 days of purchase. If the item came with tags, they must remain attached. Please email us at OnlineSales@treehousebrew.com with your order number and details of your exchange or refund. We will provide you with instructions for mailing back your item.
