Tree House Barrel Reserve Society Terms & Conditions:

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Tree House Barrel Reserve Society (“Program”), a membership program operated by Tree House Brewing Company, Inc. (“Tree House,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Member” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Membership Overview
The Barrel Reserve Society is an exclusive, subscription-based membership that provides early and/or exclusive access to Tree House’s spirits program, including bottles, events, and other benefits as described below. Membership is available in limited numbers and subject to availability.
2. Membership Benefits
Annual Fee: $279 (non-refundable)
Benefits Include:
Custom Old Growth Kentucky Common 4-pack with your name personalized on the label.
First right to purchase all limited spirit releases, not limited to bourbon and whiskey.
Access to purchase at least one Members-only batch of Barrel-aged stout per year. Size and Format will be determined on a per-release basis.
First access to first-come, first-served barrel sales post-emptying before the public, both from our bourbon program and barrel-aged beer program.
First access to full barrel buys, bottling, and storage.
Access to members-only online portal.
Invitation to the BRS Fall Tasting Event.
Private tour & tasting at Tree House Charlton (on specified dates)
3. Payment & Billing
Membership fees are due in full at the time of enrollment.
Reserve Memberships automatically expire one (1) year after purchase unless renewed.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Eligibility
Members must be 21 years of age or older.
Memberships are personal to the enrolled individual and may not be transferred, assigned, or resold.
Tree House reserves the right to verify age and identity before granting benefits.
5. Membership Benefits – Conditions & Limitations
Early access and exclusive releases are subject to state and federal alcohol laws, availability, and Tree House production schedules.
All bottles, events, and experiences are limited in quantity and not guaranteed beyond what is expressly stated.
Event invitations and tours may require advance RSVP, may be subject to capacity limits, and may be rescheduled or canceled at Tree House’s discretion.
Benefits may only be redeemed by the Member (and, where applicable, approved guests).
6. Member Conduct
Tree House expects all Members to act respectfully toward staff, guests, and other Members. Tree House may revoke membership, without refund, for conduct that is unlawful, disruptive, or inconsistent with our values.
7. Communications
By joining, you consent to receive emails and communications related to the Program, including newsletters, event invitations, and updates.
8. Modifications & Termination
Tree House may update, modify, or discontinue the Program (including benefits and pricing) at any time, provided that existing Members will receive the benefits applicable at the time of their enrollment period. Material changes will be communicated to Members.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tree House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability to any Member will not exceed the amount paid for membership during the relevant term.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
