Concert FAQ

Your ticket gets you entry to the show. Tickets are non-transferrable. On the day of the show, please arrive with an ID that matches the name on the order. Draft, cans, and merchandise are sold separately. Please note there is no re-entry for Summer Stage Shows

FREE parking is available both on-site and at a satellite lot located a short distance from our campus. Ticket holders will be assigned a specific parking lot based on the order in which ticket orders are received. Parking lot assignments will be sent to ticket holders ahead of the show via email. Please arrive at the event at your assigned lot. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Lots open 2 hours prior to the show time and close 90 minutes after the show. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the satellite lot while lots are open.
ADA/Handicap parking is available in both lots and an ADA accessible shuttle will be available for guests in the satellite lot needing accommodation . Please notify a parking attendant upon your arrival.
RV’s of any kind ARE NOT allowed in any parking lot.
Tailgating is not permitted.
DO NOT park on the side of the road or walk to THBC Western Mass.
Please stay in your vehicle while waiting to enter the parking area. There will be a designated rideshare drop-off area.

Delicious THBC pizza will be available to purchase in the taproom. There will also be several food trucks available during Summer Stage Shows.

The draft pour limit is 4 per person, per day.

Ticket-holders may pre-purchase canned beer that day, and we will hold it for you in our cooler for collection after the show. If you would like to order cans to go, please do so between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and in the order Instructions write “Concert”. This will enable us to pack your cans prior to the event and make for a speedy pick-up after it.
Please note that pick-up will not occur before the show for ticket holders. Also please note that the "pick-up time" during checkout will be irrelevant given this special circumstance.
Summer Stage Specifics

Parking lots and doors will open promptly at 5pm. Please do not arrive prior to this time as you will be turned away. The entrance to the Summer Stage is on the northside of our building near the “On the Fly” pick-up area. To enter the show, you'll need your ticket order confirmation,(digital or physical OK) and an ID/s that matches the name/s on the order. Please have this ready in the queue.

Yes, the inside taproom spaces will be open until 4pm. Last Call for pizza and draft is at 3:30pm. Our patio will close at 2:30pm until show time when Summer Stage Concerts are planned.

Coolers and/or backpacks are not permitted on campus during concerts. We ask that you please limit your belongings to a small handbag.

Yes! We have a limited quantity of Adirondack and picnic tables available. We recommend bringing your own chair/blanket if you don’t plan on standing for the show. Please be considerate of other guests and place chairs/blankets towards the outer edges of the concert venue.

No umbrellas of any kind, please. We want to provide an unobstructed view of the stage for all guests.

Tree House Summer Stage is an outdoor venue and our events are RAIN OR SHINE. Please plan accordingly.
If severe weather threatens the area, we will evacuate the premises until such a time when it is safe for the show to continue. In the case of a weather-related evacuation: we will make on-site announcements, contact ticket holders via email, and post on our social media.
Please note that we are required by law to evacuate the campus if lightning strikes nearby, even if the storm has not yet touched down in the immediate vicinity and the weather appears to be clear.
Additional Venue Protocols:
Tixr is the only authorized seller of all Tree House music events. If you purchase tickets from another source, you risk that these tickets are fraudulent, void, or have previously been cancelled. Ticket buyers who purchase tickets from a ticket broker or any third party should be aware that Tree House is unable to reprint, refund, replace, or exchange lost or stolen tickets and is unable to contact patrons with information regarding time changes or other pertinent updates regarding performance.
All bags will be checked upon entering.
All THBC properties are entirely smoke free. This includes THBC Summer Stage, taprooms and parking lots.
No outside beverages or food are permitted. Empty reusable water bottles are permitted.
Re-entry is not permitted.
21+ bracelets will be provided upon entry. Customers must show bracelets to purchase alcoholic beverages.
No alcohol may be consumed by persons less than 21 years of age. Non-compliance will result in removal from THBC grounds.
Our staff reserves the right to cut off alcohol service to any individual that appears to be intoxicated. This is at the discretion of the servers.
Appropriate etiquette is required. Anyone caught damaging property or being unruly or abusive to our staff or other concert-goers will be removed from the property. No exceptions.
ADA accessible restrooms are available in multiple locations.
Weapons, explosives, glass, or illicit substances are strictly prohibited.
No flash or pro audio/video/photos.
Only vendors permitted by THBC and South Deerfield are allowed to set up and sell on-site, no exceptions.
