A note to our CSA members
Thank you for your valued support of our ongoing endeavor to continue the agricultural legacy of this wonderful piece of property here in Woodstock. Over the past three years we have worked to provide you with the highest quality vegetables we can grow, while also developing a strong, diverse orchard. We couldn’t be happier to have you as our guests on this extraordinary new endeavor.
Moving forward we still plan on growing oodles of vegetables, and look forward to increasing yields of our apples, grapes, and berries in the years to come. Now we have the amazing opportunity to experiment more with our fruit in the fermentory and Charlton distillery. We have transitioned to a la carte veggies sales only to dedicate more time to maintaining our burgeoning fruit production. You will continue to see a healthy mixture of heirloom vegetables, grown right here on the farm, available here in our cider barn on a regular basis.
