Originating in a small red barn in Brimfield in 2013, the Tree House Curiosity Series has enabled us to explore our creative instincts in a way that has created dozens of memorable beers and has served to improve upon our core offerings with breakthroughs in understanding of how process variables ultimately contribute to the outcome of a finished beer.

Born from heightened senses and the constraints of our current predicament, Curiosity Ninety Seven is razor-focused on all aspects of process in a way that is unparalleled for the series. Following an extended cold hopping and conditioning period, Ninety Seven pours a turbid orange color in the glass. It presents a potent aroma and intense flavor profile heavy on the citrus end of things. We taste and smell pulpy orange juice, orange creamsicle, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon. A fluffy body and creamy carbonation elevates this profile further as Ninety Seven warms in the glass.

Upon reflecting that both the past and the future are irrelevant to our own present moment, we are finding a profound joy in our current normal. It is our sincere hope that Ninety Seven can bring you the same joy it has brought us upon tasting it for the first time this week. Be well, and enjoy.
