Curiosity One Hundred Five!

An innovative Double IPA by Tree House Brewing Company - 8.2% ABV

Curiosity One Hundred Five is a Double IPA constructed with a pale grist and large doses or Galaxy + Citra hops, a surprisingly rare combo in our repertoire.

Here we have anxiously re-used a new-to-us yeast strain - first utilized successfully in C104, creating densely sweet tropical notes - with great anticipation!

The result in C105 is vibrant, flavorful, and hugely delicious with primary flavor notes of pineapple syrup, guava puree, and overripe banana. This one is a ripper, folks - enjoy!
