Curiosity One Hundred Four features a rare diversion for us into the unknown realm of untried yeast strains. Having carefully developed our House character over the years, we often feel vulnerable venturing off into uncharted territory but here it worked out quite well! One Hundred Four has intense tropical tones and a velvety body that is different but somehow familiar. The beer carries more residual sweetness than we are accustomed to, helping to buoy the intense flavors of zesty mango, potent citrus, summer melon, and ripe pineapple. Tree House, with a twist. A rare 60 BBL Curiosity batch, it will be here and gone faster than is typical. Enjoy!
