Combining our diligently refined House yeast with the amazing yeast discovery of Data Set # 5, Curiosity One Hundred Thirty-One, is a big leap forward for our hoppy beer program.
With notes of tangerine, tropical fruit, grapefruit pith, and sweet mango, it is a palate-pleaser indeed. The real standout here is the body and mouthfeel, which presents a smooth and pleasant texture that helps propel the juicy flavor profile on your palate.
