Curiosity One Hundred Twenty Four is a further exploration into discovering how our 2021 hop selections translate into our beer.
A Simcoe and Nelson bomb! In a contrasting but delicious combination, C124 carries notes of Hawaiian punch, white wine, and earthy citrus balanced by a pine-like bitterness.
This is a delightful time where the most expressive and volatile hop compounds show their color and tastiness for us to enjoy.
