Curiosity One Hundred Twenty Nine!

Curiosity 129 is our latest endeavor to push the envelope of hoppy beer through attentive trial and exploration. Brewed with a blend of pale and caramel malts and hopped aggressively with juicy American hops, Curiosity 129 is imparted with a novel flavor profile through the use of a new-to-us yeast. It pours a beautiful hazy orange color into your glass and presents with notes of juicy melon, ripe peach, mango, and juicy fruit gum. A standout in the series, it has inspired us to go down the rabbit hole of modern yeast with an aggressive exploration of what is new to us brewers.
