Curiosity One Hundred Twenty Six!

Curiosity One Hundred Twenty Six is brewed with pale malt, our House yeast, and our tried and true IPA-making process.

For this round of Curiosity, we wondered how the beer would turn out if we used entirely concentrated hop products, eschewing the ubiquitous pellet.

We are blown away by the outcome! A hazy yellow delight in the glass, Curiosity One Hundred Twenty Six carries dense notes of tropical candy, orange juice, mango nectar, and passion fruit essence atop a fluffy and thick body.
