Eudemonia
A mixed fermentation ale by Tree House Brewing Company
Eudemonia is a simple mixed fermentation ale in construct. Left to slumber for several years in French Oak with a host of both native and wild cultures, it emerges as an immensely delicate, delicious, complex offering. We taste and smell barnyard funk, lactic sourness, honey, delicate vinous character, and lemon-like acidity.
This beer is one of a kind, and it’s intended to be savored and enjoyed on a special occasion.
Store cool and upright out of light and decant carefully off of remaining sediment for brilliant clarity.
The label is inspired by a 35mm photograph taken during our annual pilgrimage to the Pacific Northwest in search of the world’s best hops. Along the way, we carved out a small sliver of time to hike South Sister near Bend, Oregon. The pristine beauty of this wilderness is awe-inspiring and has guided and energized our efforts since. A portion of the proceeds from this bottle will serve to benefit the Wildland Firefighter Foundation. Wildland Firefighter Foundation’s main focus is to help families of firefighters killed in the line of duty and to assist injured firefighters and their families. We honor and acknowledge past, present, and future members of the wildland firefighting community, and partner with private and interagency organizations to bring recognition to wildland firefighters.
