Project Find The Limit is our endeavor to push the boundaries of reason under the structured condition of a numbered series of limited beers.

Our journey began with hops, testing the boundaries first with pelletized hops and then concentrated extracts. With each successive step, we learned and grew, honing our process and embracing the adventure of increasing flavor and texture.

Now, we turn our attention to stouts, and the limitless potential of vanilla. For this series of stouts, we will utilize a brilliant base of Truth barrel-aged Imperial Stout aged between 16-22 months. Our flagship barrel-aged stout, this beer's decadent notes of bourbon chocolate candy and cocoa dust provide a beautiful backbone for the increasing vanilla intensity to come.

For Project Find the Limit Vanilla Bean # 1, we utilize a base of Truth barrel-aged Imperial Stout aged between 16-22 months and conditioned atop a gentle dose of select whole bean Vanilla. The resulting beverage is deeply complex with waves of bourbon chocolate character elegantly intertwining with rustic whole bean vanilla essence.

Truth is the most superlative expression from our barrel program. From there, we add an obscene amount of whole-bean vanilla of varying origins. For #6, we use far more vanilla than we have ever utilized in a beer, and thus, the batch volume is exceedingly small.
