Introducing Percy’s New England Dry Gin!

An inspired gin made entirely in-House!

A timeless gin with a New England twist, Percy's celebrates classical gin flavors in harmony with a regional approach.

Buoyed by a characterful base spirit distilled from New England malt, it packs a proper wallop of sweet juniper flavor softened by warm notes of apple and toasted hazelnut.

Percy's is dedicated to our furry friends - and their people -  who come from far and wide to our small corner of the world to share and experience sublime craftsmanship.

It is the best friend to your tonic or Martini and sings when served neat - enjoy!

Made with locally grown and malted barley. Also made with locally-sourced botanicals and distilled with great care and attention to detail.

  • Select Botanicals

Percy’s features a bounty of botanicals sourced both locally and from afar. With Juniper taking center stage, Percy’s is rounded out by apples (grown at Tree House Farm & Fermentory), juniper, coriander, Angelica root, liquorice, orris, hazelnuts, cinnamon, Seville orange, fresh Lemon, fresh sweet orange, nutmeg, and cardamom!

This combination results in a novel flavor profile that will excite and delight your senses!

  • Masterful Distillation

Percy’s is first steeped on Juniper for twenty-four hours before redistillation through our botanical basket. Without concern for yields, we only capture the sweetest of the hearts cut for a spirit that is incredibly soft and smooth.

Following distillation, it rests for an indeterminate amount of time to allow the flavor profile to achieve harmony and balance.

Percy’s is not filtered to retain as much flavor as possible and to eliminate waste

  • House Made.

Percy’s begins life as malted barley grown in New England and malted by Valley Malt in Hadley Massachusetts. We control every aspect of our neutral grain production from mashing, fermenting, and distillation in our thirty-foot columns. As is common practice, we do not source our neutral grain from large homogenous suppliers. This distinction matters, as you cannot build a great spirit without a truly great base.
